The Evidence Is Tipping Toward Impeachment

this article was created in regards to president trump and how his actions bring him closer to impeachment. It seems that president trump believes he is capable of placing himself above the law and can cover up crimes through hush payments. But soon congress will take account of the president's actions and will most likely move forward with impeaching Trump. Although trump took an oath to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States,” he does not seem to want to continue this action.
Analysis
It is very uncalled for that congress has to wait till President trump does more damage than already done to remove him from his position in office. This tells me that congress is not making his position a topic to prioritize for the good of our nation. Any man/ woman living in the United States must obey the rules set the way we live in society. No person is/should be above the law.
This affects me as a citizen because if I notice something as unjust and want to make a change, no one will take the protest seriously and soon everyone will believe that anything can be resolved with money. If this continues, much of our representatives will be even more corrupt if they already are not, and sports may be more prioritized vs. someone breaking a law. Many young adults, especially young women, may end up in fear of being harrassed and being abused of their rights and being subjected to persecution. This topic deals with the actions the Presidents does and how it represents our country. The further congress allows Donald Trump to continue his unjust actions as a representative of our country, the further our citizens will believe they can break rules and soon the line between right and wrong will be blurred.
